Weight 160
Did my first injection today. I was so scared but it wasn't that bad.
So this day, I ate so much crap. Chips for breakfast, ice cream, burgers/fries. It was really hard to load. Knowing you had to eat made it harder. Decided to have a dinner party with friends and drank like a sailor till 2am. I do love my wine!! (one thing i'll certainly miss).
To get ready for this diet:
I read Pounds and Inches 5 times and learned something new each time I read it. I also read many blogs and youtube videos. check out www.hcgprotocol.com
Supplies: I ordered my injetion supplies from Tim at hcgprotocol.com and the HCG from drugdelivery.ca. (the hcg can take 4 weeks to get and be prepared to have multiple communications and giving your credit card company the OK since charges are going outside country)
Dose: I am doing the 125IU daily dose of the 5000IU HCG. Mixed 8ml of bacteriostatic water and take 0.2cc per day.
Scale: I purchased an electronic letter scale at Staples for $30 to weight 100g of meat. The meat has to be weighed raw so I pre-weighed chicken, talapia, shrimp, lobster and froze them in individual bags.
Journal: I have a notebook to record my daily weight, injetion site, water intake and food intake.
