Eating much more "crap" today. I can barely get it down. Had bloody marys in the afternoon and another bottle of wine before bedtime.
Decided to do this blog after a few days of protocol since i learned so much from other people- so i'm catching you up now.
Injection was easier today. I am doing the 125IU daily dose of the 5000IU HCG. Mixed 8ml of bacteriostatic water and take 0.2cc per day. I ordered my injetion supplies from Tim at hcgprotocol.com and the HCG from drugdelivery.ca
