VLCD 1

Weight 159.8

Well here we are, the dreaded Very Low Calorie Day (VLCD). I expected to gain more during the load days so I hope it doesn't mess me up. I am making sure I drink tons of water as directed.
Here is what I ate today:

Breakfast: Grapefruit / sprinkle of stevia
Coffee

Lunch: chicken w/grilled onions and garlic

Dinner: Blackened Tilapia wrapped in lettuce (fish tacos?)

Snack: 1 grissini and apple (sprinkle w/cinnamon and stevia then microwave)

Oh I miss my red wine at night...... and was hungry today especially when going to bed. Hoping tomorrow will be better.
