Wow, 2.8 pound loss since yesterday? This is great!
I am hungry again today. Had my pilates class this morning and was shaking afterward. Couldn't wait to get home for lunch. My son wanted McDonalds on the way home and it was so hard not to snatch a french fry. Don't think i've ever been so tempted and yet ....had so much self control! I think its because I know you can't cheat on this diet, so I don't. Believe me, if I can do it- so can you. I in general, have NO self control.
Breakfast: grapefruit w/stevia and coffee
snack: 1 grissini
lunch: Blackened Tilapia wrapped in romaine
Snack: 1 grissini
Dinner: Grilled chicken and raw cucumbers
snack: apple w/cinnamon (microware 1 min.)
