VLCD 11 - the 140's!!!!!

Weight: 149.8

Down 1 pound in the last 2 days. Down 10 pounds overall and people are starting to notice:) I think i've convinced my husband to start with me. He'll do the 23 days and i'll go the distance so we can be in P3 together.

What I have learned is to journal EVERYTHING you eat. It's easy to forget how many grissini's or fruits you've had. I just keep mine in the kitchen next to the fridge and my HCG supplies. Also pre-weighing your meats (and even cooking them) in large batches is a hge time saver. If I cook chicken and freeze it, on my way out for the day i'll grab a bag and it dethaws just in-time for lunch!
