VLCD 4

Wow, down another 1.6 pounds. This is really an amazing diet. I have a new trick today. Instead of getting my regular latte at Starbucks, I order a tall drip (plain coffee) and a Venti Ice water. I carry the water with straw (helps you drink more) throughout the day and for some reason.... makes me feel good about drinking so much water- and it's free! kinda looks cool too. When I came home, I brewed a tea and filled my Starbucks cup with ice and voila.... an iced tea.
